Yogurt/Ice Cream Bark

Blueberry yogurt bark/ice cream. Creamy and delicious! Done in no time! Easy, simple, healthy dessert or snack!

This easy and delicious ice cream yogurt bark is the perfect dessert or snack! Also an easy way to get in extra protein! Only takes 7 minutes to prep! Great for when you are in a rush!

Serves: 2 servings. Prep time: 7 minutes. Cook time: 0 minutes. Freezer time: 1 hours to overnight.

Ingredients: You can exclude any ingredients you want except the yogurt.

3/4 cup greek yogurt -100 (any yogurt will work, I used unflavoured, non fat greek yogurt)

1 tbsp chocolate sauce -50

1 tsp lemon juice -0

2 tbsp jam -40

1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (or any berries) -35

(ALL of it is 225 calories and over 17 grams of protein)

Note: amounts of calories and protein might vary depending on your ingredients

Directions:

  1. Add your greek yogurt to the bottom of a freezer safe dish (you might want to place parchment paper or oil on the bottom, depending on the dish). Add all of your toppings excluding your blueberries to the top of your yogurt. Optional: use a fork or toothpick to swirl the toppings. Add your blueberries.
  2. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
