This delicious banana bread is made in the microwave! It is so easy, blender-free and perfectly moist! Amazing flavours and so good! An amazing healthier treat that doesn’t taste healthy! Recipe here…

Serves: 10. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 8 minutes. Total time: 18 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 + 2/3 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup sugar or sugar replacement

1 tsp cinnamon

1 + 3/4 cup ( 2–4 large bananas), mashed

1 large egg or 2 egg whites (most egg replacements such as a flax egg or apple sauce should work)

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup flavourless oil (example, vegetable oil)

Chocolate chips or any toppings, optional

Diections:

  1. Add your flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar into a large bowl. Mix well. Add your bananas, egg, vanilla and oil into a small bowl. Mix well. Pour your wet (banana) mixture into the larger bowl (the dry mixture). Mix until just combined. Stir in some of your toppings.
  2. Add to a lined microwave safe dish. The dish should be a loaf shape. Top with the rest of your toppings. Microwave for 6–8 minutes. It should have a firm top (no more liquid). Enjoy!
