2 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp self raising flour (or 1 tbsp flour plus 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp salt)
1 tbsp margarine or room temperature butter
1 tbsp apple sauce
1 tbsp sugar free syrup or any liquid sweetener
3 tbsp any milk
Optional: chocolate chips
- Mix together your protein powder, cocoa powder and self rising flour in a small bowl. Mix in your margerine, apple sauce, sugar free syrup and milk. Place on a microwave safe plate and top with your chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 2 minutes 50 seconds (approximately).
